MRG Live successfully launched the first Canadian edition of John Summit's Experts Only Ski Weekender in Whistler on March 13-15 2026, leading production and promotional efforts alongside Experts Only, AEG/Showbox, and teams local to Whistler Village. From pyrotechnics to PA, coordinating all production on mountain for a first-ever event at this scale is a massive undertaking, during a snowstorm no less. By all accounts MRG provided a seamless, unforgettable experience for fans and talent.The festival, taking place on some of the best mountains in the world, has proven to be a fan-favourite, with attendees flying in from across Canada, the US, and overseas.
The Whistler edition proved to be the largest-ticketed event on site since the Vancouver Olympics in 2010. This event was proof of what happens when a bold vision meets the right execution.
