Interns will spend approximately 80% of their time performing tasks directly related to their role, while the remaining 20% will be dedicated to job shadowing, cross-departmental collaboration, and professional development. Throughout the program, interns also work together to concept, plan, and execute a live event of their own - gaining hands-on experience with real budgets, real accountability, and the fast-paced decision-making that comes with producing events in a live business environment.




Coming straight from a web development bootcamp, the MRG Internship Program was a great place to kickstart my career. I went from fixing bugs to launching my own feature release in a team where I was encouraged to learn and challenge myself. That hands-on dev experience was fundamental for my eventual transition into a full-time Quality Assurance role.
